MARYLAND NOUVEAU: 0% residual sugar

Our Nouveau is the first wine of the new vintage. A blend of premium wine grapes are used to produce this young and fruity low tannin red. This wine is produced in very limited quantities and always introduced the 1st of November.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with spicy dishes, salads and mixed vegetables. Serve slightly chilled.


BLACK RAVEN: 0.25% residual sugar

A Pinot Noir style red that is soft and low in tannins. Oak aged, this delightful wine is easy on the palate with a crisp clean finish.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with spicy dishes, salads and mixed vegetables. Serve slightly chilled.


BACIONI: 0% residual sugar

ESTATE BOTTLED. ( Bah-che-o-nee) in Italian means “ A big Kiss”. This luscious red dinner wine is complimented with a hint of fruit and oak.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with pasta, hamburgers and pizza.


CABERNET SAUVIGNON: 0% residual sugar

Our Cabernet is produced as a traditional dry red wine, the lower tannin levels make it softer on the palate. This wine has a light fruit background with a hint of oak.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with eggplant, steak and roasts.


 

MERLOT (2005 Governor's Cup Winner): 0% residual sugar

Our Maryland Merlot is grown in Queen Ann’s County at he Hemsley Fortune Vineyard. This wine is full bodied with a soft oak background, rich in black cherry, vanilla and plum overtones.

Serving Suggestions: Serve red meat, roasts and spicy dishes.

 

 

CHAMBOURCIN: 0% residual sugar

ESTATE BOTTLED. Our Chambourcin is a rich full-bodied red dinner wine. Overtones of raspberry and oak make this wine perfect for fine dining.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with prime rib and steak. Serve at room temperature.
