After harvesting the fruit, the juices are extracted and the pulp separated. The stainless steel aging tanks compliment our extensive supply of oak casks, each delivers unique characteristics to the finished product.
     

The grapes are placed into the Europress for the initial extraction process. Here the grape juice is extracted and the remains of the grape will be reintroduced into the orchards to stimulate the growth of next years crop
